1. Quotations & Validity
All commercial proposals, equipment pricing, and lead times provided by Northern EPES are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise noted in writing. Raw material fluctuations in copper and lead may impact long-lead quotes.
2. OEM Manufacturer Warranties
Equipment supplied by Northern EPES (including Online UPS systems from Vertiv, Eaton, Delta, Numeric, and battery banks from Exide, Amaron Quanta) carries standard manufacturer backed warranties. Northern EPES acts as authorized service partner for on-site commissioning and warranty servicing.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & AMC
Comprehensive and non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) guarantee specified response times (typically 2 to 4 hours in Tier 1 industrial metros) with 24/7 on-call field engineering availability.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
All contracts, purchase orders, and disputes are governed under the commercial jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai / Thane, Maharashtra, India.
